We fitted the Phoenix Mini in our 2.8x2.4m semi-ensuite bathroom. It was delivered to Perth within a week. While we found the old axial exhaust fan was more effective (we never had steam on the vanity mirror but now we do), it doesn't bother us to run it a bit longer after showering. The 10w led light is just fine, we didn't want something too bright. Now the best part, the heat lamp is fantastic, it made sense for us as we keep both doors open when the kids are showering, so we can listen to them as we do chores around the house. A compact convection heater wouldn't be able to heat up the air with the doors opened. The kids love the warmth and no longer complain when exiting the shower. Lastly, we looked at many models in local shops and online and we decided it was the best looking unit. Very sleek and clean lines. We'll buy a second one for the bathroom downstairs. Regarding the 3 gang switch, it's a nice touch to include it but we have clipsal iconic switches throughout the house and won't be using this one. A bit of a waste. There should be an option to not have it included.
