This is a nice looking unit, and does everything you need it to. Fan not loud which is good. Only thing but is, I noticed that the extraction wasn't great for a unit which boasts quite high extraction rates, so went up and had a look in the roof and there wasn't a lot of air coming out of the vent. It turns out that the auto closer damper actually chokes the flow of air quite substantially, so I removed the closer and then the air started blowing a lot more. Now it works quite well, but I consider this to be a bit of a design flaw, hence 4 stars.

I then remembered that I had to do this on a previous unit (of this same model) which we installed years ago, so word of note here for anyone else installing this fan - take out the auto close damper on the exhaust outlet (should pop out with a bit of force). It is meant to be there to stop back drafts, but I'd much rather than a higher exhaust rate
