Customer service excellent.

The first delivery was damaged , but I got replacement for both tubes.

The quality of the product it's ok.

Great lights very happy with the difference and how easy they where to install into existing balustrades definitely recommend ordered 8 7/8 arrived fine only one damaged in transit. Unsure about replacement as I couldn't find a Warrenty email did talk in message bubble but once exited info disappeared will pursue again but have friends who have received replacements without having to return so happy to wait will be ordering more and well recommended to others.

It's a good product of its type, simple lightweight design offering bright LED light output.

Forget the printed instructions included they are as clear as mud, instead, watch the very good 'how to' online video demo. It's basically a self-explanatory item, but the cover clips at first seemed confusing.

I would have preferred to fit a Warm White tube into this product but for some reason, this supplier did not offer that choice, pity.

Excellent and cheaper to run
