I got 4 of these for a bedroom and set them to 4000K. They're nice and bright and fill the room with a beautiful colour that is not too yellow or 'cold'. I have a basic measuring device and when these lights are set to 4000K, they measure at around 3900K with a fantastic 94+ CRI. I was pleased to find they are slightly warmer, as some other models I've bought measure at 4100-4200 which starts getting a little too cool for my preference.

These lights do have a bit of glare since they're not as deep or recessed as I usually prefer, but the trade off is that you get a wider beam angle to help fill more of the room (specs say 90 degrees).

Havit need to work on their (non-existent) product descriptions though. Listing 'just the facts' doesn't help me understand why one model might be more suitable over another, and I'll often just end up going with another brand that provides more information.
