    1 out of 4 lights were different colour

    Bought 4 of these downlights (10W) and 1 of them was a different colour. on the 4000k temperature, one downlight was noticeably warmer (closer to 3600k) than the others which was not suitable. unreliable for a $35 downlight

    Hi Keat,

    Really sorry about the different colour output, this would be an issue with batches, on the back of the light there will be a batch number can you find the good batch number you want and email it to us at returns@thelightingoutlet.com.au and we can send it out so they are all matching correctly. For each batch of LED's are very hard to get exactly the same. The person who picked this order should have known this I'm sorry about that.

    Excellent communication online

    Bought to replace 3 existing G10 Globe fittings these 75mm cut out, 8W fittings were ideal. Their long life will reduce the risk of fall hazards replacing globes over a stair well. Great compact product with inbuilt driver.
