I bought this light

I was glad it was still available.

It’s fitted at the top of a 60mm post at a caravan park.

I’m an electrician, so I see good quality and poor quality lights all the time.

This light gets 4 stars because everything about it is good except 1 vital point. The mounting screws are inadequate.

It relies upon the plastic ring to securely hold it in place.

As you do the screws up it feels like the mounting ring is going to break.

The light remains loose upon the post.

With some effort you could completely slide the light off the post.

I glued it.

Please improve the design.

I know this is going to break one day and I’ll need another one.
