Had to chase up the original manufacturer listed on the instructions, the installation instructions were outdated, phone number dead, and didn't mention how the product needed to be put together with what was supplied in the box. After many phone calls and a literal guess from their technician's we got it figured out. As even in their showroom the light had not been installed correctly.
