I love my lamp, it creates the atmosphere I wanted and looks great in my Art Deco apartment. The after service from The Lighting Outlet was brilliant. There was a small, almost unnoticeable, scratch on the base, probably caused in transit. The customer service team responded to my email promptly and the matter was sorted quickly.
