If you require custom-cut lengths please specify measurements in the order notes at checkout.
- For custom cut lengths of LED strip or profiles is sold per meter. Each cut will be rounded up to the meter E.g. 2 x 500mm will be charged as 2 meters. To avoid delays in your order round up each cut length to the meter.
- All custom cut strip lighting is non-refundable for change of mind.
- 2 meter + lengths will incur a $30 freight charge, this is to cover the courier long length cost plus strong rigid packaging.

Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.
