Our Arlec Four Seasons Fan remote stopped working! After just 15 years too! Can't imagine that we wore it out, - LOL. But anyway, it was so hot & uncomfortable - and annoying - not to be able to reach for the Fan remote! So we Googled our item and lo and behold, there's one, exactly the same as the one we had - and at a bargain price - delivered! The remote arrived, well-packed, safe & sound (that means "not damaged" as many purchases can be in the post!) and in a timely fashion. We didn't even have to change the sensor in the fan - bonus!!! Will buy from these guys again in a heartbeat!
