Installing the HEATSTRIP® Classic is simple and easy using the standard mounting brackets supplied. For other irregular locations there are range of mounting options available - refer to diagrams below.
The HEATSTRIP® Classic can be mounted directly to the ceiling, angled downwards on a wall, fitted flush with the ceiling, suspended on chains or poles, attached to beams or poles, mounted end-to-end, or 2 units side-by-side together. Refer to the following pages for more detailed information on each mounting option.

We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.
Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

product is fine would have been good to be told the controller is sold separately as it's useless without this.
The 1200w White Heatstrip looks great on the ceiling and provides a gentle warm heat that takes the edge off the cold. It’s nice to feel comfortable and not cold anymore

Whilst it takes a little while to warm up, it’s very discrete and just disappears into the ceiling. It’s quiet and effective. Only criticism is that the cable should be colour matched to the unit.

Remotes are sold separately and are only IR with a hard wired wall remote you have to purchase separately too. This is designed to be roof mounted, do they think people are gonna get on a ladder to turn on their heater every time? Also took them 17 days to post it
Contacted the lighting outlet MANY times, still cant get information on how to return, so I've contacted the ACCC

Easy to install and looks good.
We bought the heater first, didn’t realise if you want to install in the ceiling you have to buy this mounting too. But luckily we got this in time.

Two 2400W heaters purchased following an online chat confirmed they come with remote controls supplied, unfortunately this was not true and subsequently cost an extra $400 for two remote controls required. Very upsetting as this should have been made clear in the information and I feel totally misled into buying them after the online staff member told me they would be included - I would not have spent this amount on the heaters if I had known. No adequate resolution was offered by the lighting outlet and it has taken many weeks of emails back and forth to even get a definite answer at which time I was simply told they could provide me a quote for buying them.
I give 5 stars for the quality of the heaters and their effectiveness but 1 star for inadequate customer service and suggest online staff should be better aware of the products they are selling if they are to be answering questions about them.
