We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.
Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

Used this in a smaller lounge room with good effect. Did not surface mount, but shortened the chain to get the desired drop and it was very simple to do. Item is as described in photos and very happy with my purchase. Item was well packaged and survived the trip interstate! Happy with purchase!

I am very happy with the purchase of 2 x Legacy pendant lights with 3 lights. They light the room perfectly and suit our requirements for better lighting of our living room. They were very easy to install by our electrician and didn't need any modification to our wiring. I also purchased dimmable globes which provides us with a choice of altering the light level. In the pictures I have provided the lights are dimmed so not to flare the photo.

I just couldn’t find anything suitable in local lighting shops for my traditional styled bedroom so I went on line and discovered exactly what I was looking for at The Lighting Outlet. I also purchased the Heritage Decorative matching single wall light. Very subtle white glass shades and the brass fitting have a toned down antique gold finish to them. Very happy with my choice.
