Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.
One lamp does not work
I first bought 2 of these in 2015 for $40 each. Within a year, both of those lamps had to be replaced as the switches had stopped working. I lost those two in the flood of 2022 and bought 2 more this time at $ 75 each. A month ago I had to replace one of those (this time for over $100) as the cat knocked it over, breaking the plastic screw that holds the shade and the bulb.
Even dimmable LED bulbs are useless in these as they flicker when dimmed, and I have settled on 28w Halogen bulbs.
The quality is so bad! Bought this as a gift, luckily it came very late so I have to buy something else as the gift for friend and kept it. But when I try to change the shade, the hold of the shade was broken! Couldn’t be bothered to drive all the way down to return it…
