We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.
Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

These lights are great for outside. Polycarbonate product so no weathering. Very bright light and waterproof under cover. So ideal for my outside setup near the pool. No problems the best ever.

They have transformed our kitchen! The previous downlights were dim and there wasn’t much light in the kitchen to see anything. Our electrician friend recommended this style and I found these online. The delivery was quick and easy, instillation was easy and we had the choice of 3 different light colours. They are very bright and have completely transformed the space - as well as looking attractive. They are so bright we had a dimmer switch installed with them. Great product, really happy with them as well as the service.

Great downlights for my brand new bathroom. The matte black surrounds match my tapware and accessories perfectly, and the colour temp switch allowed me to experiment before eventually settling on 4000K to give the bathroom a bright, but not sterile lighting effect. Super easy to install, and just the right brightness. The recessed diffuser cuts down glare you usually get with non-recessed downlights.
