Love this Lamp

This is the second lamp of this design I have ordered but sadly there has been a problem in that the shade was damaged on the first one that came and after returning the complete lamp I received another one where the shade was fine but the base was slightly damaged but worse the base was a different colour so did not match my original lamp ordered back in March this year. Rebecca has been helping me to rectify this problem and is currently trying to solve the issue by checking a third base before it is despatched to me. I appreciate her kind assistance as I understand the problem comes from the Supplier not your company.
