These LED light battens don’t use any less power than a regular fluorescent one. But they put out quite a bit more light. Also. They are quite low profile so I don’t bang my head on the one I put in my wine cellar that has a very low ceiling because it’s in the basement. They have a plug on them so theoretically you don’t need a sparky, but who has a power outlet on their ceiling. I would buy again. They are quite good and reasonably priced.

The Lighting Outlet had exactly the type of light I was looking for. Order process was good and communication fine. Delivery good. The power lead could have been 30cm longer for my situation.
