Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

I bought 5 of these to replace ugly ones in my apartment and they visually melt into the ceiling, which is perfect! Had the sparky put them all on the middle warmth setting and am very happy with the elegant simplicity of these lights.

These lights give out a perfect spread of even light across the oyster/dome. Extremely happy with them. We replace the existing oyster (flouro) lights with these throughout the entire house. Couldn't be happier. They also dim very very smoothly.

These lights are elegantly designed so that they seem to float just below the ceiling. They are fully waterproof and very economically priced. I think they are the number one option for outdoor lights above door entries. I am really happy with mine.

Very disappointed. Repeated flickering of LEDs, even when dimmer set to maximum brightness. Horrible experience that continues EVERY NIGHT to this day.
April 2020 ordered 10 oyster lights in our unit and 3 dimmers. Followed their website recomendations for both lights and dimmers: Tradetec Eclipse II LED Oyster Light and Diginet Dimmer LEDsmart™ Adaptive Phase Rotary Dimmer for LED Lighting MEDM
Used their recommended electrician.
Neither The Lighting Outlet nor the electrician mentioned ANYTHING about any possible flickering before or after purchase and installation. Nothing whatsoever was mentioned until we noticed it the same night and contacted them ourselves.
The electrician was not surprised, as it turned out to be a common issue with LEDs in certain areas. We should have been advised prior to purchase!
Happy with the lights which do not have dimmers installed. Otherwise, an overall awful experience.

Hi Zheng,
This is a power issue in your area, the power companies switch from on to off peak and because the LED's use such little power they flicker on the swap over. This issue should be fixed in the next couple of years across Australia with new technology about to be introduced.
