I recently purchased festoon lighting and prior to making a choice, called the customer care and had a few questions. The customer service gent was friendly and answered my questions, as well as gave me some advise.

Package came, was packaged well, and was on time. I haven’t had a chance to install them, but I did connect a bulb to see how it looked and it was what I expected.
