Within just two years, The Lighting Outlet transitioned to offering contemporary and trade products and established its own warehouse and showroom in Matraville, Sydney. The company gained momentum, both locally and online, through its website. By the end of 2017, The Lighting Outlet had expanded significantly, employing a team of over 15 staff members. By 2020, the company had outgrown its existing premises, prompting the acquisition of a new warehouse. This development allowed The Lighting Outlet to operate on a scale comparable to wholesalers, an uncommon feat in the Australian retail lighting industry. This capacity enabled faster stock distribution to customers and the ability to procure products at container prices, which were then passed on to customers as cost savings.

With a dedicated team of over 30 staff members across both countries, the company has been thriving for over a decade and shows no signs of slowing down in its commitment to lighting up homes and spaces.
