Top bend flexible neon LED strip, 11w per metre, IP67
This compact neon flex turns 156 LEDs per metre into a continuous line of light inside a 13mm by 12mm body. It runs at 11w per metre, putting out 820 to 870 lumens per metre, and can run as long as 10 metres.
Sealed to IP67, it works indoors and out on handrails, steps, garden edges, pergolas, facades and joinery. It is dimmable across a wide range of control systems, and CRI above 90 keeps everything it lights looking natural.

Choosing a driver
Allow 11w for every metre and add about 20% headroom. A full 10 metre run, the maximum length, draws 110w, so it needs a 24v driver of at least 132w, which in practice means a 150w driver. A 5 metre run draws 55w and suits a 100w driver. For anything longer, split the neon into separate runs and feed each one. To dim it, choose a dimmable 24v driver that matches your control system (0/1 to 10V, DALI, DMX, RF or WiFi). Outdoors, use a weatherproof IP66 or IP67 driver or keep the driver under cover.
Mounting and outdoor use
Neon flex does not need an aluminium profile. Fix it with the mounting clips supplied, four per metre. This is a top bend neon: the light comes out of the top face and it flexes up and down rather than sideways, so it suits following curved edges, arches and columns rather than tracing shapes flat on a wall. Every cut end must be resealed with an end cap and silicone to keep the IP67 rating, and any outdoor joins should be made in a waterproof connector or junction box.
