* If you require custom cut lengths please specify measurements in the order notes at checkout.
* Custom cut LED strip is sold per metre. Each cut is rounded up to the metre, e.g. 2 x 500mm is charged as 2 metres. To avoid delays, round each cut length up to the metre.
* All custom cut strip lighting is non refundable for change of mind.
360° bend neon LED strip, IP67 with CRI 90
This Pixel neon flex bends in every direction, so it can follow curves, outlines, lettering and shapes that a flat strip simply cannot. The silicone housing diffuses 120 LEDs per metre into one smooth, continuous glow with no visible dots, and there is no separate profile or diffuser to buy.
Rated IP67 and encased in UV resistant silicone, it works indoors and out: garden walls, pool surrounds, facades, signage and feature lighting. CRI 90 colour rendering keeps everything it lights looking natural.

Choosing a driver
Allow 12w for every metre and add about 20% headroom. A full 5 metre run draws 60w, so it needs a 24v driver of at least 72w, which in practice means a 100w driver. Fed from both ends, a 10 metre run draws 120w and needs a 150w driver. For anything longer, split the neon into separate runs and feed each one. The 20 metre roll is supplied as one reel, so plan your runs before cutting. Outdoors, use a weatherproof IP66 or IP67 driver or keep the driver under cover. To dim the strip, pair it with a dimmable 24v driver and a compatible dimmer.
Mounting and outdoor use
Neon flex does not need an aluminium profile. Fix it with mounting clips or a mounting channel, keeping bends at a 60mm radius or larger so the internal strip is not stressed. Every cut end must be resealed with an end cap and silicone to keep the IP67 rating, and any outdoor joins should be made in a waterproof connector or junction box.
