IP68 top view neon flex LED strip, 16.5mm square, 3000k or RGBW, sold per metre
This larger IP68 neon flex from Aqualux uses a 16.5mm square Eco PVC profile for a bold, high output line that stands up to heavy moisture and knocks. It is made for pool copings, facades, in pavement channels and exterior wall grazing.
Choose 3000k warm white at 12w per metre or RGBW at 15w per metre, with PWM and DMX control options. The IP68 rating relies on well made cable joins and a careful install. Made to your specifications, with a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks from order to dispatch.

Choosing a driver and controller
Multiply watts per metre by the run length and add about 20% headroom. The 3000k version draws 120w over a 10 metre single feed run, so it needs a 150w 24v driver; fed from both ends, 20 metres draws 240w and needs a 300w driver. The RGBW version draws 120w over its 8 metre single feed limit, so it also needs a 150w driver; fed from both ends, 16 metres draws 240w and needs a 300w driver. The RGBW controller must be rated for the full load. Split longer installs into separate runs, each with its own feed. Outdoors, use a weatherproof IP66 or IP67 driver and controller or keep them under cover.
Mounting and outdoor use
Neon flex does not need an aluminium profile. Fix it with mounting clips or a mounting channel. This one bends vertically, with a minimum bend diameter of 120mm, so plan curves to suit. Reseal every cut end with an end cap and silicone to keep the IP68 rating, and make any outdoor joins in a waterproof connector or junction box.
