Absolutely love our bathroom mate, it has a slim design and delivers a modern appearance that suits our ensuite perfectly.

The powerful fan heats instantly and makes the room toasty.

With a switch it can turn the heat to fan breeze for warmer days. It has a compact, low profile design.

Firstly I would like to say thank to the the Lighting outlet for the quick and promoted dispatch and delivery that we received when purchasing this Fan.

However the customer service that we have receive from - Brilliant - supplier of this product has been terrible.

We had this installed last year in our guest bathroom in our Holiday Home, after doing a full renovation on this bathroom.

The fan worked for about 8 months, however as it is a holiday home it is not used on a daily basis. I contacted Brilliant and the customer service consultant, said the my electrician ( whom is my husband - who is a qualified electrician - has been for 42 years and works in Construction installing ELEVATORS to run in building up 52 storeys all over the world - if he didn't know what he was doing as an electrician - an I sure he would not have lasted in the industry for 42 years).

To say that we were insulted would be correct. This product was working and is now NOT Working. Because we used a AFTERMARKET switch he has wired it incorrectly which has caused the heater to burn out.

Be very weary of this product and the warranty is a sham.
