We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.
Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

We recently switched to this 3-in-1 Bathroom Heater following continuous issues with another brand. Its powerful airflow and modern design made it an excellent option for the functionality and style of our bathroom. There is a slight shadow line as it doesn't sit fully flush with the ceiling.

Product arrived promptly. Installed as per instructions with no problems.
Accessories all included: switch, ducting, outlet.
It replaced a bathroom buddy and looks better with better lighting and good air extraction.
Operating as expected. I can't really comment on longevity as it's only just been installed.

This unit is excellent and really was far better than I imagined.. the headlamp really is warm .. the extractor fan is efficient although a little loud.

The lighting outlet shopping was seamless and shipping was fast. The new exhaust fan is way better than my old one and the air suction is much better. Love the LED lights and the heating bulb is superb. Humidity level has decreased during shower too.

Bathroom doesn’t get any condensation or mirror fog at all anymore and you can really feel the air being drawn in from under the door. Fan sound is pretty normal but not silent but stoked with how good the fan actually works.
*The length of the fan is 50mm or so longer on the internal side to use the ducting but other then that highly recommend.
Postage was very quick, came the second day after ordering. The lighting outlet had the most variety and best prices, will be buying all my lights from here.

We chose the 500m3/Airflow 3-in-1 to put in our ensuite that we were doing up as, when researching, we liked the sleek look and the extremely high air flow of the exhaust fan. We chose white to blend in with the ceilding rather than cretae a feature of it. We were so impressed with the 500m3/Airflow 3-in-1 that we soon ordered another one to replace a different make of exhaust fan in the main bathroom.
The light is wonderfully bright, and the setting can be changed for those who want a slightly softer light. The best part though is the exhaust fan, which clears the room as though you haven't even had a hot shower. No more steamy mirrors or condensation dripping from the walls. The exhaust fan is relatively quiet given the volume of air passing through it.
I highly recommend the 500m3/Airflow 3-in-1; it is a game changer.
