240v LED strip, 5w per metre, IP65
This strip runs straight from mains power, so there is no low voltage driver to size or hide. Because it works at 240v it can run up to 50 metres in one length, which makes it well suited to long eaves, verandahs, warehouse and shopfront outlines, bulkheads and other big runs where low voltage strips would need multiple feeds.
An IP65 rated housing protects it from dust and water jets, and it arrives with mounting clips so it can be fixed directly to timber, render or metal. CRI above 90 and a wide 150° beam give a broad, natural looking spread of light.

Powering it
The strip is supplied with a flex and plug, so it can plug into a standard power point with no separate driver. The maximum length is 50 metres. If it is to be hardwired rather than plugged in, it must be installed by a licensed electrician.
Mounting and outdoor use
Fix the strip with the supplied mounting clips, four per metre, so it sits straight and stays secure. Cut only at the marked 100mm points, and reseal every cut end with an end cap and silicone to keep the IP65 rating. Any outdoor connections should be made in a waterproof connector or junction box.
IP65 rated, suitable for damp and sheltered locations, including covered outdoor areas.
