Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.
Unfortunately the S14s 1 Foot Globe tube, didn't end up being compatible as a direct replacement for my Philips Philinea 35w S14s/T30, and I had to return it. The staff in returns were very helpful and tried to source a secondary product, but when they couldn't they organised a refund. You can't ask for better service than that.
