I love my new pendant
I didn’t when I opened my parcel as it was a lot lighter than it appeared on your website.
I told you so and you were prepared to accept it as a return. For that I applaud your customer service.
But I lived with it sitting on the floor and after a few days I realised it was ok it matched my Blackbutt flooring. So I kept it and it was installed today by my sparky. I love it 😍 and it makes lovely patterns on the ceiling Thank yoy 🙏
