We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.
Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

We have been without light in our downstairs bathroom for ages thanks to an old light fixture and local lighting stores not carrying replacement bulbs.
I found The Lighting Outlet and figured I’d give it a shot. I’m sure glad I did, as this light fits and works perfectly! Honestly, since it’s LED, it’s even better than the old bulb!!

Perfect replacement for a 30 year old lightbulb. 👍👍
I have been without these bathroom lights for 10 years or more as I couldn't find the bulbs I needed. I eventually found them by chance at The Lighting Outlet. They were easy to buy and were delivered quite fast and well packaged as they are so fragile. I am pleased to have some lighting back in the bathroom.

A hard to find, unusual light globe but The Lighting Outlet had it in stock. Took a few days to ship but once it did it arrived very quickly, well packaged, and does what a light globe is supposed to do.

This bulb was in our spare bathroom for over 25 years and then it failed. I went to Bunnings, Beacon Lighting and then to other shops on line.
You people were the only ones that had it!
I ordered it and it came and was a perfect fit!

When the tube on our bathroom light fixture failed, I went looking for a replacement. Everyplace I called said sure, we'll have your tube; but when I got there, they only wanted to sell me a new fixture.
