Bendable LED strip, 14.4w per metre, IP54
This bendable strip is made for the places a straight tape struggles with: curved bulkheads, rounded joinery, arched niches and shaped signage. At 14.4w per metre and up to 1040 lumens per metre it has the output to light a space properly, not just add an accent.
A light IP54 coating protects it from dust and splashes for kitchens, bathrooms and covered outdoor areas, and CRI above 90 keeps colours and finishes looking natural.

Choosing a driver
Allow 14.4w for every metre of strip and add about 20% headroom. A full 5 metre run draws 72w, so it needs a 24v driver of at least 87w, which in practice means a 100w driver. For longer installs, split the strip into runs of 5 metres or less and feed each run separately. Outdoors or in damp areas, use a weatherproof IP66 or IP67 driver or keep the driver under cover.
Mounting and heat
At 14.4w per metre this strip needs to shed heat, so mount it on an aluminium profile or heat sink. The aluminium draws heat away from the LEDs, protects the strip and extends its life, and a diffuser gives a softer line. On straight sections, choose a profile at least 7mm wide inside to suit the 6mm strip.
IP54 rated, so it suits damp and sheltered locations such as covered outdoor areas.
