Well these were slimmer and lighter than expected. on the daylight setting it is so bright but after a couple of times you get used to it and now its my go to for seeing anything in the garage. The middle setting is a little too yellow for me, and especially after seeing the highest setting. LED is in my opinion a little different lighting to the older fluoro tubes. I think each has its own merits depending on situation used. These also have end hard wire connections, vs the old fluoros are mostly in centre of fitting. so be aware of this fact if you are proposing to replace with these beauties. Also the 4 mounting screw holes are on near each corner, different to the older fluoro fittings I had. I have only had these installed now for a week, and Yes I can recommend these LED fittings. only time will tell if they last the distance though in my Garage. The ordering process was straight forward, delivery updates and alerts were also good, however the packaging could of been a little more protected and better done, rather than just bundle 3 lights together and cling wrap them! One of the boxes at some stage got squashed by the looks and I expected a broken light inside, but all seemed ok when i opened it up and squeezed the fitting out. There was some slight wear rubbing marks/scratches on the light cover that even the plastic bag inside box didnt protect it enough from, but once installed on the ceiling its not that noticeable, in fact unless specially looking for it, cannot…
