Six aimable heads on one 900mm bar is a lot of coverage from a single ceiling point. Each spotlight adjusts on its own, so you can send three down onto a bench, angle two at a splashback and turn the last one toward a shelf or a piece of art. One rose, one circuit, six directions.
That makes it a genuinely useful fitting in a kitchen or a long living room where the alternative is cutting six downlights into the ceiling. It is also the easier retrofit, because you are working with the ceiling point that is already there rather than adding new ones.
The GU10 lampholders let you choose beam angle as well as colour temperature, which is the part people usually overlook. A narrow beam globe turns one head into a genuine accent light over a bench; a wider globe in the others keeps the general light even. Each takes up to 35w and globes are not included.
The front of each spot head lifts off, which sounds like a small thing until the first globe change. It means you are not wrestling a lamp out of a fixed housing at the top of a ladder. The cord suspension is 1800mm and adjusts at installation, and the fitting suits a sloped ceiling as well as a flat one.
