From all the major cities Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide to all the regoinal and rural towns. No matter where you are, we can get it to you!

We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.

International Customers

Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Long Lengths

Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

Ceiling fan remote

We have had 2 ceiling fan in our outdoor area for about 14 years and until recently have worked first time every time until the remote decided to die. After searching on line we came upon The Lighting Outlet which stocked the exact remote and their prompt delivery enabled us to simply enter the matching code and be back operating our fans without delay. Excellent service and prompt delivery.

Refreshingly cool.

I wasn't able to bake in my kitchen, without the fan in use. But once it was fixed using the Contoller Kit I purchased, not only did I cook up a storm, but my little dog says Thank you and had the best dog nap ever under the fan, on her favourite chair.
