A lit ring, only 45mm deep
Halo pendants live or die on proportion. Too thick and the ring reads as a drum. Too thin and it disappears in daylight. At 600mm across and only 45mm deep, this one sits in the right place, a clean circle of light that holds its shape at night and stays visually quiet during the day.
The frosted acrylic edge is doing the real work. Rather than firing a bare LED strip at your eyes, it wraps the diffuser around the outside of the ring so the glow reads as a continuous line with no visible dots or scalloping. It is the detail that separates a good halo pendant from a cheap one.
Colour temperature is set at installation rather than by remote. Your electrician selects 3000K, 4000K or 5000K on the fitting and it stays there, which suits people who want the decision made once and made properly. Warm 3000K works over a dining table, 4000K is the safe neutral for a kitchen or hallway, and 5000K is for spaces doing real work. It dims on a compatible dimmer.
Stainless steel suspension wires adjust to 1500mm, so the drop is set on site. Indoor use only, and installation by a licensed electrician.
