I really don’t have an opinion on it yet, as it hasn’t been installed. But it does look the goods!! My main reason for purchasing this model was for the sensor option, because my kids never turn the fan on, so now they have no choice!! Im sure it will work very well, as all of the reviews said they are strong but quiet and suck out all the steam. Either way im happy, and i’ll be even happier when my bathroom is finished and the fan installed. Thanks.
The first pic is of the fan still in the box and the second pic is of where it will be going in the bathroom roof.

It is ideal for bathroom and laundry without a window to remove moist air and odour.
The exhaust run at a low speed when no movement is detected.
It operates at higher speeds when the sensor detects movement.

Had a specific requirement for an always-on energy efficient fan. This was one of the few that fit the bill perfectly. Despite the install being exhausting (s'cuse the pun), it requires it's own wooden frame to be built around it, the performance and quietnes of this fan will blow you away (pun #2). You can have it run continously and increase the fan speed when a room is occupied too, which is neat. Great static pressure against resistance too. Did I mention this DC motor fan pulls only 9W!?

The fan works okay but requires a talented electrician to install unless you have good access from above. It’s not possible to connect the duct into the unit until AFTER it’s been installed in the ceiling, so really not suitable for apartments. Annoyingly doesn’t come with an electric connection either
