Add colour to any indoor space with this 12v RGB strip. 30 multicolour LEDs per metre can be set to any colour or run through changing effects with an RGB controller, for a glow that matches the mood.
It is popular for bars, games and media rooms, kids' rooms, behind TVs and under beds and floating joinery. The strip is cut to the length you order.

Choosing a driver and controller
Allow 7.2w for every metre of strip and add about 20% headroom. A full 4 metre run draws 28.8w, so it needs a 12v driver of at least 35w, which in practice means a 60w driver. Your RGB controller must also be rated for the full load of the run. For longer installs, split the strip into runs of 4 metres or less and give each run its own feed.
Mounting and heat
We recommend mounting this strip in an aluminium profile. The profile draws heat away from the LEDs, protects the strip and extends its life, and a diffuser blends the red, green and blue into a smoother, more even colour. Choose a profile at least 11mm wide inside to suit the 10mm strip.
