With 280 LEDs packed into every metre, this weatherproof strip gives a smooth, dot free line of warm light. The fine 25mm cut points let you fit it accurately to steps, benches and joinery without leaving dark gaps.
It is sealed to IP67, so it works outdoors under eaves and handrails, along garden edges and in wet areas, as well as in homes and hospitality spaces where you want a warm, ambient glow.

Choosing a driver
Allow 14.4w for every metre of strip and add about 20% headroom. As a worked example, a 5 metre run draws 72w, so it needs a 24v driver of at least 87w, which in practice means a 100w driver. For bigger installs, split the strip into separate runs, each with its own feed. The 20 metre roll is supplied as one reel, so plan your runs before cutting. Outdoors or in wet areas, use a weatherproof IP66 or IP67 driver or keep the driver under cover. To dim the strip, pair it with a dimmable 24v driver and a compatible dimmer.
Mounting and heat
This strip must be installed on an aluminium heat dissipating surface for warranty purposes, and an aluminium profile is the easiest way to do that. The profile draws heat away from the LEDs, protects the strip and extends its life. Choose a profile at least 14mm wide inside to suit the 13mm strip, and add a diffuser for the softest line of light. Every cut end must be resealed with an end cap and silicone to keep the IP67 rating, and any outdoor joins should be made in a waterproof connector or junction box.
IP67 rated for outdoor use.
