* If you require custom cut lengths please specify measurements in the order notes at checkout.
* Custom cut LED strip is sold per metre. Each cut is rounded up to the metre, e.g. 2 x 500mm is charged as 2 metres. To avoid delays, round each cut length up to the metre.
* All custom cut strip lighting is non refundable for change of mind.
High density LED strip, 280 LEDs per metre, 3000k, IP67
Packing 280 LEDs into every metre, this strip gives a warm, dot free glow that reads as one smooth line rather than a row of points. At 3000k it brings a relaxed, ambient feel to the spaces it lights.
The IP67 rating opens it up to outdoor and moisture prone spots as well as living areas: alfresco ceilings, garden features, bathrooms, hospitality fitouts and decorative joinery. Fine 25mm cut points make it easy to fit exact lengths.

Choosing a driver
Allow 9.6w for every metre of strip and add about 20% headroom. As an example, a 5 metre run draws 48w, so it needs a 24v driver of at least 58w, which in practice means a 60w driver. Split longer installs into separate runs, each with its own feed. The 20 metre roll is supplied as one reel, so plan your runs before cutting. Outdoors or in wet areas, use a weatherproof IP66 or IP67 driver or keep the driver under cover. To dim the strip, pair it with a dimmable 24v driver and a compatible dimmer.
Mounting and heat
We recommend mounting it in an aluminium profile. The profile draws heat away from the LEDs, protects the strip and extends its life, and a diffuser gives the softest line of light. Choose a profile at least 14mm wide inside to suit the 13mm strip. If you cut the strip, reseal every cut end with an end cap and silicone to keep the IP67 rating, and make any outdoor joins in a waterproof connector or junction box.
