• To maintain the IP rating please use circular cable in junction. For parallel connector we recommend using an appropriate IP68 connector (CLA Connector: CONN002)
*These bollards are designed for mounting on a solid surface such as a concrete path or sturdy timber decking. Unless protected, not recommended for environments with harsh weather conditions or heavy rainfall. IP65 fittings recommended for such environments.
• Halogen globes are not recommended for this fitting. If halogen globes are installed, a globe width of 53mm is not be exceeded.

We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.
Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

Only issue is the threading of the diffuser back on , as the thread can misalign. Once aware of the issue, simple!

The product may be fine (yet to open & install) that gets 1 star however the communication by the supplier and the courier company is pathetic.
They had no idea of what status it was or even if packaged, besides the email confirming the order I received no notifications until the package was at my door. No email saying was on its way, no email saying out for delivery today and as of this review no email that it was delivered.
I was home with the door open and the security door locked and they didn’t even bother to ring the bell or knock on the door.
I would not recommend either of these 2 companies to anyone.
Beyond annoyed.
We love the bollard lights they look great from the road and from the waterways

Really liked the light fittings but was surprised by the condensation in the lens. Was not happy with the inadequate fixing plugs and missing screws.
delivery was quite slow also.

These bollards are a good value. They seem well constructed for a medium duty situaton like a residence. Mine have not been connected yet so I can't tell how long they'll last etc., but they are a reasonably heavy thickness of stainless steel with seamless construction. I like that the cap screws on easily and is well sealed, but will be easy to remove for changing lamps. I preferred this model with replaceable lamps to others with built-in lamps because I hate the idea of one lamp dying in 5 years and then having to replace the whole, fairly expensive, bollard. Or worse, being unable to replace with a matching one because they are out of production. It would be a big improvement if they came with low-cost, punched steel or even plastic templates matching the holes in the bottom flange so that it would be fast and easy to set 6mm stainless all-thread rod in wet concrete straight and level and properly spaced to align with the bollard. Without a template this becomes tricky, and subject to misalignment issues.

I bought four of these light plus installation spikes. These come with matching holes and screws. However, the holes in the lights were a bit undersize, and I had to drill them out a bit. This was easy enough and only took a couple of minutes, but something to consider.
They are quite bright, and light the surrounding area very well. I've just ordered some more to extend the pathway lighting. Very easy to install. The spikes are robust and can be easily hammered into the ground.
