We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.
Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

The light output is excellent. The very slim profile is very appealing and makes the luminaire suitable for most ceiling mounted applications. Its double insulated feature makes it suitable for retrofitting in old installations that do not have an earth conductor. The idea of the mounting system is good but the installation proved rather fiddly: For the 500mm diameter luminaire he lanyard holding the luminaire is not sufficiently long to terminate the wiring and clip back the lanyard onto the base. It would be helpful to somehow indicate on the body of the luminaire the direction in which the body needs to rotate when removing the luminaire as hardly any user will keep the installation instructions for the design life of the luminaire.

Love the new Fino LED lights, which have upgraded three old fashioned glass oyster fittings. Two black and one white, to blend in with other light fittings. Sleek, modern, and bright but not harsh, good warranty plus great value from the Lighting Outlet.
