From all the major cities Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide to all the regoinal and rural towns. No matter where you are, we can get it to you!
We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.
Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

Its always hard buying something online - to guage exactly how they will look, but I'm glad I did they are beautiful. There not installed yet as I am waiting on my electrician - he really busy (good for him) but I'll send photo's once there up :)
But as for the service outstanding - received an email to let me know one was running a bit late as they had run out of stock - I wasn't in a hurry so I told them to hold the order and send them all together, a week later I received all 3 together, I will definately be recommending The Lighting Outlet to anyone needing great quality light fittings at a good price.

Look lovely over our kitchen bench but colour changes massively when they’re on. They become very pale. A piece of sticky tape just touched one pendant when it was being installed - that’s when we realised the pendants are painted and the paint comes off very easily! Really needs to come with a warning. We have a bald patch on one of our lights 😔
