Good evening I would like to bring to your attention a performance concern I have with the below high quality commercial grade bollard lights I purchased.

I have been monitoring the led on times and have found they dont appear to be achieving anywhere near the on time expected.

I first thought it may have been the position I installed them or even cloudy weather so I checked both those situations made sure the next time i checked the on time that their was no shade causing it to get less charge and that the day was clear and sunny .At this test still no improvement so I then chose to unbolt the bollards from the ground and sit them in the middle of a quadrangle with zero obstacles within at lest 50 m they were left there on a clear and sunny 19 degree day they were there from 8 am until 5 pm at witch time they were taken and bolted back in position .After doing this my observation was the same as the other observations with nil improvement with light coming on at 530pm and going off before 9pm .

I would expect a lot better performance than this .

I love the lights the quality is good the output when on is good just the on duration is poor.I am hoping it might just be some poor failing batteries.

Your support and attention to my concern would be appreciated as it stands they don't meet my expectations or not fit for the purpose intended
