Important Installation Note:
When installing TH series transformers inground, do NOT pack soil around the transformer. Use a water-meter type box with four sides and a lid but no bottom. Conduct a test flood: water should drain away within 30 minutes. If drainage is insufficient, create adequate free-flow drainage to prevent water accumulation. This transformer is NOT suitable for situations with persistent submersion.
