- All custom cut strip lighting is non-refundable for change of mind.
- 2 meter + lengths will incur a $30 freight charge, this is to cover the courier long length cost plus strong rigid packaging.

Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

I needed to find an aluminium profile to fit my LED strip for my keyboard and at a specific size to fit over a Yamaha keyboard. I bought 2m worth and added a note about what size I needed - but I actually didn't expect that it would be delivered cut perfectly to size and in a strong package so it would not be damaged in transit. Thank you for saving me 3.5 hours driving by posting it for me, and for also cutting it to the perfect size!
