An open sphere of black wire, 450mm across, with three lamp holders inside it. There is no shade and nothing diffusing anything, so what you get is the shadow pattern the frame throws across the ceiling and walls, which is really the point of a cage pendant.

Because the globes are fully exposed, they are the design. Three E27 filament globes keep the sphere looking light and give you the warm visible coil the frame is built to show off. Anything brighter or physically larger overpowers the wire and glares from below, so restraint pays here.

It hangs from a 100mm canopy on a black cloth covered cord, adjustable up to 1500mm, and the fitting itself is 350mm high. It works best where you can look at it from more than one angle: an entrance hall, a stairwell void, or a cluster of two or three at staggered drops over a dining table. It wires into the ceiling point, so an electrician does the install.
