We offer a flat $11.95 shipping rate for most metro areas around Australia. If your postcode does not fall into this category, shipping will be calculated at checkout - It's normally not much extra.
Orders with items that require to be ordered can take 3-5 business days to dispatch. Delivery times will vary depending on location (Please see below)
Orders must be a minimum of $200 for us to process. Each country may have importing taxes, it is the customers responsibility to look into their country's importing tax. Australia's 10% GST (goods and service tax) will be removed from orders. Orders must be shipped internationally for the GST to be removed.
Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

Beware that this item in black isn't black on the sides. From the sides you can see the large white housing which looks out of place with the black front and against dark bricks. They don't show this in photos or mention it at all, so if you don't like it they won't give a refund, only a credit because they claim it's a change of mind, and you have to spend even more to post it back. I'd describe this as akin to scammers.

How lucky we were to find the exact same fittings that we previously had. The old fittings had lasted so well. We loved the shape, design and the lights themselves. They look wonderful.

This light is supposed to be for outdoor use. However, there are no weatherproof rubber seals on it. I so similar products in Bunnings. All of them have the seals.

I have extensive veranda areas and these were equipped with eight stainless wall lights. These are now ten years old and in some the stainless has rusted and the plastic inner diffuser has either darkened and in some cases disintegrated. I have looked over your catalogue periodically for suitable replacements and purchased some nice black units a different design. I have not been able to match them to complete the set so decided to just duplicate the original units. I thought I would just replace the stainless and the diffuser, but the mountings for the stainless has been altered so a full replacement is now necessary.

I found these lights in an other lighting store and was about to purchase them but by accident while browsing online I saw the same lights at THE LIGHTING OUTLET for almost half the price I was going to pay. Offer too good to pass up.
