This is a practical fitting dressed as a decorative one. Four spotlights sit along a 1000mm bar and each one aims independently, so a single pendant can light a bench, a cooktop and a sink from one ceiling point instead of three.
Satin brass is what lifts it. Brass reads warm against both white and dark joinery, and unlike a polished finish it does not show every fingerprint or throw hard highlights back at you. It sits comfortably in a classic kitchen and equally well in a modern one that needs some warmth against black or grey cabinetry.
The E27 lampholders are the more useful choice for a fitting like this, since they take a wider range of globes than a GU10 and let you go brighter over a work zone or softer over a table. Each position takes up to 60w, and globes are supplied separately so you can match colour temperature across the room.
The cord suspension is 1700mm and can be set at whatever height suits during installation, and the fitting is designed for a raked ceiling as well as a flat one. That is worth checking before you buy anything for a room with a pitched roof, because plenty of bar pendants are not.
