A pillar mount light is designed to sit on top of something rather than hang off the side of it, which makes this the fitting you want for a masonry entry pillar, a letterbox column or the capping of a low front wall. Black metalware, 200mm tall and 155mm across, with an opal PVC diffuser that spreads the light evenly instead of throwing a hot spot.
The IP44 rating covers it for a normal exposed outdoor position. It takes one E27 globe up to 60w, supplied without a globe, so you can choose warm white for a softer entry or cool white if the light also needs to help you find the keyhole.
