Easy to use website. and ordering procedure. Efficient delivery. Excellent customer service follow up and feedback /review opportunities.
Not quite as 'golden' brass as I had imagined against the real brass decorator pieces in the room. However, still perfectly suitable for a synthetic brass piece. Good solid bass plate, to reduce tipping. On/off switches well positioned for easy operation when seated.
