Colour accuracy is what makes a vanity light work
Most bathroom lighting fails at the only job that matters, which is showing you your own face honestly. A high CRI rating is the reason this one does better. At above Ra85 it renders skin tone close to daylight, so makeup applied under it still looks right when you walk outside, and shaving does not turn into guesswork.
The diffuser is opal matt acrylic in a simple tube. There is no visible LED strip and no dotting along the length, just a continuous even line of light. Mounted above a mirror it lifts shadows off the face rather than casting them downward, which is what a single ceiling light in the middle of the room will always do to you.
Two lengths are available. The 600mm suits a standard single vanity. The 900mm suits a wider mirror or a double basin, where a short fitting would leave the outer edges dim. Both are only 50mm high and project 110mm, so they sit close and do not crowd the mirror.
Colour temperature is chosen at installation across 3000K, 4000K and 5000K. It is IP44 rated for bathroom zones and dims on an LED friendly dimmer. Backed by a 12 month warranty.
