Package lengths 2 meters or more will incur a $30 freight charge. This covers the courier's excess size charge and covers heavy duty packing materials needed to send your package safely.

Contrary to information under 'Specifications' on the website page, this does not come with '2 x AAA batteries'. Buried in the tech specs sheet it advises that it needs to be installed by an electrician. It can't be used to replace an existing remote without installing a control unit in the existing fan/heater. I'm having to send mine back.
